Alyssia’s Dream Big Initiative

The DREAM BIG INITIATIVE

The Dream Big Initiative launched in 2019 is an extension of Alyssia's Dream which is aimed to inspire young girls ages 7 to 14 to Dream Big. While a student at the esteemed Joffrey Academy of Dance, Alyssia has been twice cast in the world renowned Joffrey Ballet's, The Nutcracker with audiences reaching as many as five thousand in attendance. She has also graced the stage at the Joffrey Ballet's 2017 annual gala. As an actress she has been seen on hit television shows such as Empire, The Chi, and Chicago Fire. She also has been seen in campaigns for American Girl as well as commercials for Clearasil and more!

She is a sought after performer that has performed for the 1st annual gala for Pretty Girls Inc., the national AKA sorority, national organization Girls Who Brunch, as well as performed on the legendary Luster stage at the Ubiquitous Health and Hair show in Washington DC.

In addition, she is an ambassador for national organizations, Brown Girls Do Ballet, Girls Who Brunch and she is on the youth executive board and holds the position of Vice Chair for the Non-For-Profit social entrepreneurship organization, Dream for Kids.

As she has personally accomplished and continues to strive towards many of her goals, she is eager to share her story, and the message that anything can be accomplished. Alyssia shares how important it is to Dream Big and the steps and tools it takes for young girls to achieve their own dreams. She shares her message of hope and determination at the annual The Dream Big Event hosted by Alyssia's Dream, NFP as well through speaking engagements.
